Colleagues, U.P. The first meeting of Kamdhenu Dairy Farmers Welfare Association was held on 3rd July 2016
in Lucknow in which all the proposals made by everyone on the following topics are presented in front of
you.
Beneficiaries do not get training.
Veterinarians display their ignorance about diseases like "thalariasis" coming from outside. And give
the excuse of not having a laboratory to test the blood of animals at the district level and if there is
a laboratory then there is no proper staff, the machine is eating dust.
There are no medicines available from the government side. They are very expensive in the market
whereas only 500/per month provision has been kept in the project.
According to doctors, they do not get NPA, so they charge fees after 2 pm and till then office work is
busy and thus government medical facilities are negligible.
The CVO sir never comes, only got caught in the trap in the beginning.
At least once in a month, after taking information about the problems arising, time should be given to
consider the solution.
Invite representatives of animal owners to the monthly meeting at the district level.
Minimum price of milk should be fixed. Strict ban should be imposed on the sale of artificial milk.
Milk is given to the children one day in a week by the government in Mid-Day Meals, Kamdhenu animal
husband should be added to it.
The mortality rate in animals coming from outside is high due to environmental reasons, so other
breeds like Giri should be added in place of Jersey.
Kamdhenu scheme is in agriculture category but bank electricity department considers it in industry.
Explanation.
Provision should be made to banks to start payment after at least two years and complete it in 9
years.
Special grant should be given for divine calamities like Bundelkhand.
The ban on burning of straw in fodder kilns and fields should be strictly enforced. Which will
protect the environment and avoid the shortage of fodder.
Subsidies on fodder seeds and other equipment should be given like other undertakings.
High level medical arrangements should be made at the district level for the animals which are not
gynabhan; The local doctor explains his inability.
Wheat which is not useful to human in F.C.I. and other institutions should be allocated for animals.
A high level arrangement should be made at the district level so that only female children are born.
The beneficiary should have a choice between Gobar Gas and Solar Energy; Nowadays most of the Gobar
gas plants are unusable.
